Pharmacological properties:
Combination drug inhibits the development of inflammatory reactions of the skin, especially of allergic origin, complicated by a bacterial infection, resulting in the total activities of the components that make up the drug.
Oxytetracycline - antibiotic tetracycline, has a bacteriostatic effect. Active against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, Rickettsia spp., Treponema spp., Chlamydia spp., Mycoplasma spp.
Hydrocortisone - glucocorticosteroid, anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, anti-exudative and antipruritic effects. Inhibits phagocytosis. It reduces the formation of arachidonic acid from the phospholipids of cell membranes by inhibiting the activity of phospholipase A2. Inhibits the release of interleukins and other cytokines have anti-inflammatory effects; inhibits the release of histamine and the emergence of local allergic reactions. Decreases protein synthesis and deposition of collagen in the skin, prevents the development of connective tissue weakens the proliferative processes.

Indications:
Dermatitis newborns (bullous and exfoliative), infected diaper rash, folliculitis, furunculosis, carbuncle, impetigo, erysipelas; eczema and infected wounds, erosion; newborn rash; simple and allergic dermatitis, seborrhea; "Solar" erythema; erythema multiforme; insect bites; purulent and allergic diseases of the outer ear canal; varicose leg ulcers, burns, frostbite.

Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity, lupus, skin tumors, precancerous skin conditions, fungal and viral diseases of the skin; pregnancy, lactation (when applied to extensive lesions).

Dosage and administration:
Outwardly. Apply a thin layer of 0.5-1 g 1-3 times a day to the affected areas or sterile gauze that covers the skin, tied with a bandage. The duration of treatment depends on the individual and the extent and localization of lesions. The course of treatment should not exceed 2 weeks. Using drugs on facial skin ointment should be applied 1 time a day with a thin layer or pointwise on elements so that the treatment should not exceed 7-10 days.

Side effects:
Skin irritation, itching, rash; superinfection, allergic reactions. When applied to the skin of the face: telangiectasia, atrophy of the subcutaneous tissue in the mouth. With prolonged use, and / or applied to large surfaces - systemic side effects characteristic of glucocorticosteroids.

Special instructions:
During treatment with corticosteroids should not be vaccinated against smallpox and other immunization schedule (due to the immunosuppressive effects of glucocorticoids).
If necessary, use on the face, the treatment should be short, due to the increased absorption and the possibility of occurrence of side effects.
Children should avoid applying the product to the extensive surface and under occlusive dressings.
